The service

SmartPrint provides browser-based tools to split oversized PDF pages into tiled layouts for printing on smaller paper sizes such as Letter or A4. The service may include free tiers, paid exports, and time-limited passes as shown on the pricing page.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every printer, browser, or PDF file.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the PDF files you upload and for ensuring you have the right to use and print them. You must not use SmartPrint for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful activity.

You are responsible for saving exported files promptly. Because processing happens locally, clearing browser storage or closing the browser may remove unsaved project data.

Accounts and payments

Some features require payment through Stripe. Prices, limits, and pass durations are shown at checkout. Paid access is digital and begins according to the product you purchase.

You agree to provide accurate payment and account information and to keep access to the email account used for purchases.

Intellectual property

SmartPrint, its branding, website content, and software are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of your PDF files or exported files to us.

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service, such as processing metadata related to exports and support.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

SmartPrint is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or print quality issues arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant purchase in the twelve months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
